Joe Kozlowski
Joe Kozlowski, the driving force behind IronHead Construction, founded the company in 2017 after honing his craft over 15 years with leading heavy highway and sitework firms. Starting as a five-person underground utility crew, Joe’s vision and relentless commitment to quality have grown IronHead into a 60-strong team delivering turnkey site development across North and South Carolina. With a focus on building lasting relationships and exceptional results, Joe ensures every project reflects IronHead’s promise: bold leadership, proven outcomes.
